Community Colleges President Visits Ä¢¹½APP

March 07, 2019

North Carolina Community College System President Peter Hans visited Ä¢¹½APP on Thursday, March 7 to meet with college administrators and tour the campus.

The stop at Ä¢¹½APP was part of the new president’s effort to visit all 58 institutions in the State’s community college system. He became the ninth NCCCS president in May 2018.

NC’s system is the third largest in the country. It educates more than 700,000 students every year.

NCCCS President Peter Hans extends his hand to Joseph Best of Goldsboro, a student in Ä¢¹½APP’s General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (GM ASEP), as Ä¢¹½APP Associate Vice President of Administrative Services Derek Hunter talks about the facility.
